A few moments to reflect on your sleep
My sleep diary
Take a few minutes each morning and evening to describe your sleep. There is no need to be perfectly precise: estimates are enough.
Your notes are stored in this browser on this device. They are not sent to the clinic. On a shared device, remember to erase them after exporting. Private browsing or clearing browser data may delete them: keep a backup.
My nights over time
Ideally, keep the diary for three weeks. This is not a test of how well you sleep: simply describe your experience.
Prepare for my appointment
The summary brings together your notes and points to discuss with Dr Chevalier. The figures are self-reported estimates, not sensor measurements. They cannot diagnose sleep apnoea, insomnia or ADHD.
- Use the print button, then choose “Save as PDF” if your device offers this option. On iPhone, sharing the print preview allows you to save the document in Files.
- In Doctolib, open your upcoming appointment with Dr Chevalier, then select “Envoyer des documents” (Send documents) and “Ajouter un document” (Add a document) to attach the PDF.
- If this option is not available, bring the printed summary to your appointment. This diary does not send anything.

Manage my notes
A backup contains your sleep notes. Keep it somewhere private. Importing replaces the notes currently stored in this browser.
