Your everyday treatment

My CPAP machine
Choose your model to find its official app and connection instructions.
Connect through the manufacturer's app, using your machine and phone. The links below open official services; the clinic does not receive your login details.
The exact name is shown on the device or its label. If you see “prismaAQUA”, this is the humidifier: also check the name of the Prisma machine.
Connection guides
Keep your phone near the plugged-in machine. Read the app's terms before creating an account or allowing data sharing.
BMCG3X PAP Link · connection depends on installed options
Before you start
The G3X is compatible with PAP Link. Wi-Fi and mobile network connectivity are optional. App features and data transfer methods depend on the version, module and account.
Check with your home healthcare provider: which connection is fitted and enabled on your G3X. Installing an app does not automatically make Wi-Fi or Bluetooth available.
How to access your data
- Ask your home healthcare provider to confirm your device's data transmission method and the appropriate PAP Link procedure.
- Install PAP Link by BMC Medical from your phone's app store.
- Open the app, then follow its instructions to register or pair your device using the confirmed method.
- See the built-in tutorials. If the feature you expect does not appear, ask your provider to check the configuration rather than changing treatment settings.
This guide does not assume that all G3X machines support direct Bluetooth pairing. If data transmission is not enabled, you can still view information on the machine's screen.
LöwensteinPrisma prisma APP · with or without a prismaAQUA humidifier
Identify your model
prismaAQUA is the humidifier, not the CPAP model. The procedure depends on the device to which it is connected. The Bluetooth connection described here applies to a compatible Bluetooth-equipped machine, including Prisma SMART/SOFT plus and max models.
For another Prisma model or a machine with a modem, ask your provider to check compatibility and the transmission method. Remote control is not available on every model.
Bluetooth connection, if compatible
- Install prisma APP by Löwenstein Medical. Put the machine in standby near your phone and turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
- In prisma APP, choose the option to add a new treatment device.
- Select your model and follow the instructions to activate pairing mode.
- Start the search in the app and check that the detected device is yours.
- Confirm pairing using the code shown by the machine. A user account is offered, but some features can be used without an account.

SEFAMNéa SEFAM Access Lite · patient app
Choose the patient app
The Néa is compatible with SEFAM Access Lite. SEFAM Access Pro is intended for professionals. The connection and available features depend on the equipment and its configuration.
Getting started with your Néa
- Install SEFAM Access Lite from your phone's app store.
- Keep the Néa plugged in nearby, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and grant the app the permissions it needs to connect.
- Open the app and follow its procedure for adding a Néa device. Check that the device shown is yours before confirming pairing.
- If the device is not found, ask your provider to check that Bluetooth communication is enabled on the Néa and that the configuration is compatible.
- Then view the dashboard and available tutorials. For a Wi-Fi or modem connection, follow the installation-specific instructions supplied by your provider.
Detailed instructions for your device are available in the Néa patient manual on the official download page.
If the connection does not work
A few checks
before asking for help.
- Check the exact model, the correct app and the installed options.
- For Bluetooth pairing, move your phone closer to the plugged-in machine and check the app's permissions.
- Check that you are using the account and region appropriate for your installation.
- If data are still missing, contact your home healthcare provider or the manufacturer's support service. A missing feature may depend on the module or configuration.
