The website, its text, layout, illustrations and diary were developed with artificial intelligence assistance and according to Dr Christophe Chevalier’s choices. Reproducing, adapting or redistributing material that is actually protected requires permission from the rights holder, except where statutory exceptions apply or use is expressly authorised below. To request permission, contact the clinic using the details on this website.
Patients’ use of the diary
You may complete the diary free of charge for yourself or someone whose care you support, keep your notes, export and print your record, then send it to your healthcare professionals. These personal and healthcare uses are authorised. Receiving professionals may consult the record and include it in the care record in accordance with their obligations.
This permission does not grant a right to republish or commercialise the software, visuals or clinic’s template. It does not prevent reuse permitted by law.
Third-party resources and methods
Réseau Morphée documents, scientific references, names and trademarks mentioned remain subject to their holders’ rights. Links are provided as external resources; no ownership of those documents is claimed. The clinic claims no exclusivity over the idea of a sleep diary, medical knowledge, times or standard calculation methods.
How the diary and summary work
Data entered in the diary are processed in your browser and stored on the device you use. The diary does not send them to the clinic and is not connected to your Doctolib account. Exporting and sharing are your choice. On a shared device, delete notes after use. Keep a backup: private browsing, clearing browser data or changing devices may make notes unavailable.
The summary is descriptive, based on self-reported estimates, and must be interpreted by the doctor. It does not make a diagnosis, prescribe treatment or replace a consultation. Rights and obligations relating to health data remain separate from rights relating to the software and its presentation.
An evolving project
A rights notice is not a trademark registration or a patent. Depositing evidence of creation does not guarantee originality or the existence of exclusive rights. Any reuse request will be considered according to the material concerned.
